I'm a bridge between worlds that don't usually talk to each other.

Latino, bilingual, raised between cultures — I've spent my life translating between languages, between strategy and execution, between design and code, between what the data says and what the audience feels. I lead brand strategy, visual systems, and creative direction for federal agencies, global nonprofits, and cultural institutions. I build with code, coach creative teams, and study data analytics. Most people pick a lane — I built mine at the intersection. Design as translation, attention as currency, making complex ideas land in a world that gives you 1.5 seconds to earn trust. I write about it, I build it, and I lead teams that do both.
Over 10 years of leading creative for clients like USDA, Adobe, the World Bank, and the Washington Ballet have taught me that the best work doesn't come from one discipline — it comes from the tension between several. My work has earned Platinum and Gold MarCom and Hermes Awards across national government campaigns, cultural institutions, and international organizations.
I've built and scaled creative teams in Washington D.C., consulted for organizations across continents, and taught the next generation of designers in Lima.
